Terms of Service & Enrolment Liability Agreement

By using this website ("Fast Qual", "Platform") or purchasing any digital asset, course framework, booking assistance bundle, or booking a third-party referred trade service, you explicitly agree to the following terms. These conditions are structured to define the scope of our execution responsibilities and limit liability from any claims, damages, losses, or legal updates.

3. Mandatory Hardware & Verification Requirements

The centralized certification boards implement biometric face-matching filters to prevent fraud during remote evaluation loops. Candidates agree that they bear sole responsibility for having the proper equipment:

• Permitted Systems: You must use a desktop computer or a modern laptop featuring an operating webcam, sound microphone, and high-speed web browsing connection. Exams absolutely cannot be run on mobile phones, smartphones, or small screen tablets.
• Identification Rules: Candidates must present an original, unexpired government-issued photo identity booklet (such as a valid UK Photocard Driving License or an International Passport). Digital copies, screenshots, or expired identity tokens will cause an immediate failure.
• Exclusion of Liability: If your exam is revoked or canceled due to incomplete computer hardware, unstable internet, or invalid identity verification papers, Fast Qual is entirely clear of liability. You will not receive a refund, and you must cover any subsequent test costs out of pocket.

4. Disclaimer of Third-Party Contractor & Platform Referrals

5. Affiliate Referral Marketing & Cash-Back Incentive Rules

• Unlimited Volume Earnings: There is no cap or ceiling on total referral earnings. A single person or affiliate partner may introduce an unlimited group of candidates and receive multiple sequential payouts (e.g., introducing 100 qualifying candidates yields a total cumulative payout of £500). Each separate reward requires its own individual transaction tracking details.
• Mutual Interlinked Referral Rights: Cross-referrals between two matching peers are fully permitted. For example, Person A may refer Person B, and Person B may subsequently refer Person A back on a separate, independently processed purchase transaction, allowing both parties to claim their respective rewards.

6. Absolute Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed under UK commercial law, Fast Qual, its directors, developers, and platform agents will never be held liable for any direct, indirect, accidental, secondary, or consequential losses, including lost wages, construction site exclusion, delay expenses, or lost trade contracts.

Our total collective liability for any claim arising from your purchase or platform navigation is strictly limited to the exact amount you paid directly to Fast Qual for that specific service transaction.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Forum

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Any technical issues, contractual disputes, or payment arguments must be resolved solely through the courts of London, England.
